KN Energies aims to ensure safe and efficient cooperation with contractors and drivers. On this page, you will find essential information about requirements, permit issuance, and other important aspects.

Permit collection

After completing and submitting the permit application, permits are issued to the representatives of the companies specified in the application at the Company’s Permit Office. Permits may be collected by authorised persons or by the individuals for whom the permits are issued, upon presenting an identity document (passport, ID card, or driver’s licence).

Important! Permits are issued only to individuals who have completed the occupational safety and health briefing.

Information regarding permit issuance: The KN permit administrator provides information on working days from 07:30 to 16:30 at +370 46 391 613. On weekends and outside working hours, information about permit issuance is provided by the Security Coordinator at +370 46 391 602.
