Since 28 February 2023, pursuant to the provisions of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/2576 of 19 December 2022 enhancing solidarity through better coordination of gas purchases, reliable price benchmarks and exchanges of gas across borders, the LNG facility operator should be able to make use secondary booking platform.
In accordance, we would like to inform you that Terminal user‘s booked and unused Klaipeda LNG terminal regasification capacities since 1st April shall be offered in secondary market via GSA secondary capacity trading platform. In relation to the Regulations of LNG terminal, the Terminal user shall inform Operator about unused LNG regasification capacity and self-publish in GSA Platform.
