KN Energies launches a selection process for an independent member of the Board

KN Energies announces the selection of an independent member of the Company's Board.
The purpose of the selection process is to identify the most suitable candidate for the position of Independent Member of the Board in the area of Strategic Management, Change and Transformation. The Independent member of the Board member shall be elected until the end of the Board's term of office (25th April 2026).
The selection shall be initiated by the Company‘s Supervisory Council.
The selection process is carried out by the Company‘s Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Candidates should submit their documents to the selection agency AIMS International Lithuania at the following e-mail [email protected] with the subject "KN Energies” Independent Board Member Selection".
